Location - Bangalore
- Minimum 3-5 years SAP experience (projects and/or application management)
- Therein minimum 2-3 years SAP project experience in PP
- Minimum 1 end to end implementation and 2 support project experience
- Provide assistance and support to Client SAP support customers by responding to and resolving incidents raised or providing input and resolution of enhancement requests.
- Identify and assess options for the implementation of new or improved business processes and present them, with recommendations, to decision makers at senior management level.
- Maintain the level of 'internal' customer satisfaction, at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of product or service. Respond to internal customers' queries and complaints. Ensure that corrective action is taken. Facilitate Programme and Project Manager's involvement in the continuous improvement of the products and services supplied to them.
- Team player with taking responsibility for time, quality and cost
- Ability to generate specifications for functional gaps not covered by SAP standard functionality
- Migration knowledge, template & roll out experience
- Knowledge of SAP best practices
- Should have experience on production support to work as per SLAs and KPIs
- Good understanding of SAP PP in the areas of Demand management, SOP, MRP, Capacity planning, Shop floor Order planning and control, Material staging and standard reporting. Candidate should also have good knowledge of batch management and integration of PP with QM/CO/SD/MM. Knowledge of discrete manufacturing is a must. Candidates having knowledge of PP-PI and REM in addition would be preferable.
- Should have good knowledge of business processes in manufacturing and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP. Should have capabilities in handling Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing processes.
- Candidate should be flexible to travel onsite (within India or outside). Must have good communication and analytical skills. Must have customer facing experience. Should assist in RFP solutioning and presales activities as required.
