Vendor management

•         Manage and own external vendor (partner) relations within Global Partner Management team for our Automotive client

•         Coordinate all vendor (partner) management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors (partners), client stakeholders and internal employees (legal, procurement, finance and delivery).

•         Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor (partner) monitoring are being accomplished.

•         Help drive vendor compliance in line with client and Infosys stated policies

•         Ensure smooth functioning of procurement to pay processing for vendor (partner)

•         Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods, and policies for applying vendors (partner).

•         Help and coordinate vendor (partner) onboarding processes and compliance

•         Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor (partner) performance.

•         Troubleshoot all vendor (partner) problems and present to management as required.

•         Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.

•         Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor (partner) management plus produce fulfillment.

•         Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes.
