Job Description
As the Online Marketing Expert you will be responsible for the day to day operations of web marketing programs such as creating SEO/SEM/PPC strategies, our affiliate program, search marketing and display advertising for all of our brands. Developing, managing and executing marketing initiatives and strategic programs to maximize exposure of our brands and products across the web. The ideal candidate will be someone who works well both individually and as part of a team, and is highly motivated and results-driven.
Job Responsibilities:
- Launch and Manage email marketing efforts with a focus on lead generation
- Assist/Manage SEO, PPC, Google Analytics
- Update website, blog, and other pages of website and marketing materials to optimize for lead conversion
- Conduct market-research activities, including competitive evaluation, market identification, etc.
- Analyze and report marketing performance; provide recommendations for improvement and make suggestions for additional services
- Lead and contribute to improvements in processes (technical or business) for marketing, reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain SEO project plans and coordinate implementation with other members of the team and other departments
- Staying abreast of (and sharing) changes in search engine signals and market share
- Define, monitor, and analyze SEO key performance indicators (KPI's) to continually improve campaigns.
- Control naming conventions and linking conventions of web pages, images and multimedia files.
- Managing the training and development needs for team members
- Monitor, review and update website traffic reports.
- Monitor and report on monthly campaigns and statistical analysis.
- Regular reporting of SEO performance and key metrics to management
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience of strategic marketing or related experience including online marketing and product marketing.
- A College Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of technical SEO skills, including ability to evaluate and modify HTML, CSS and JavaScript for SEO purposes Experience with leading search engine ranking, traffic and analysis software.
- Understanding of search engine-friendly website designs, social media and website lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact and manage to the expectations of the Client, vendors, and internal resources with all levels of clients and technical resources.
- Must be an excellent writer.
- Ability to work as a self-starter, take initiative, and execute tasks with minimal supervision
- Exceptional analytical skills: ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, execute recommendations and implement remedies
