Overall 7-9 years of SAP related experience in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance),Good understanding of SAP MDG processes and data dictionary (Tables, FM, BAPI, BADI etc.), Experience in working on AMS project on S/4 HANA multi-tiered SAP environment, Should be aware about AMS life cycle including due diligence, Knowledge transition ,Shadowing, reverse shadowing, Stabilisation, operation, Must have worked on Incident management, Problem management ,Change requests , Should be familiar with SLA's, Should be familiar with ticketing tools like Service Now etc., Integration Knowledge with different SAP modules and legacy systems
Knowledge on interfaces, background jobs, enhancements and standard reporting functionality, Ability to understand complex system landscape & configuration considering the E2E SAP -MDG process, Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and IT Teams toward developing a best practice processes, quality and efficiencies for OneERP , Should have team lead experience, Good communication skills, handling client communication along with offshore / onsite team, Preference to have Experience in DevOps ,SAP S/4 HANA certified
