Job summary Primary Technical Skills SCOM Secondary Skill SQL & Azure Cloud  Experience with the installation , configuration and administration of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2019  Experience in application/OS performance and availability monitoring  Experience using the Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with SCOM  Experience with System Center Configuration Manager 2019, & System Center Service Manager 2019 and System Center Orchestrator as add-on

Roles & Responsibilities  Experience with the installation , configuration and administration of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2019 ? Experience in application/OS performance and availability monitoring ? Experience using the Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with SCOM ? Experience with System Center Configuration Manager 2019, & System Center Service Manager 2019 and System Center Orchestrator as add-on ? Experience with major Microsoft technologies including server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server & IIS etc ? Handling administrative tasks from the System Center Operation Manager console ? Providing application support for the SCOM platform and create and maintain monitoring and notification rules ? Review and update SCOM console security, apply patches, create SCOM console roles and reviews, Create Custom Reports, create and install custom Management Packs (MP) as needed ? Work with project managers and peers to understand and solve challenging technical problems, produce effort estimates, and improve system functionality and reliability & SCOM compliance ? Having good knowledge on the Microsoft Windows Domain on OS, IIS, SQL DB, Sharepoint atleast L1/L2 level to manage * Should have knowledge on the disaster recovery drills * Having basic knowledge on the Public cloud topics and components ? Having basic knowledge on the ITIL process like Incident, Change, Problem atleast * Willing to learn and work on other Tools technology
