Experience in Performance tuning the Java application
Experience in Oracle/Sybase/SQL server – PL/SQL,database access
Experience in Rich GUI – AJAX/ExtJS/Flex
Knowledge of Junit test , Jtest
Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
Knowledge of Change management/release management process using tools
Experience in Unix shell scripting
Knowledge of development methodology
Exposure to BFSI domain(Retail. Capital markets, Corporate Banking, Insurance)
