Profile- Principal Consultant-Test Manager

Mandatory Skills – Automation testing, Team Leading experience, Client facing experience.

In this role, you would be responsible for handling large QA engagements

You will play a crucial role of Quality assurance managers in business by ensuring that products meet certain thresholds of acceptability. You will need to plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance projects and formulate quality control policies. You also work to improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste

You will be are responsible for assessing the quality of specifications and technical design documents in order to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback. You will drive the planning and implementing strategies for quality management and testing.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned pursuits to work with the operations& business team for developing strategies, collateral and solutions that meet the QA needs of clients
• Work with vertical accounts and QA Service Line to ensure test quality expectations of client  is translated and applied to each solution proposal correctly for maximum benefit in terms of cost, fit and strategy
• Drive the QA engagements right from bidding to planning to execution through closure
•  

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to develop E2E QA Solutioning documents & decks
• Automation with Java, BDD Cucumber, UFT
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in designing the QA solution test management
• Through with metrics, test summary reports
• Robust QA Experience.

Exp: 11+ yrs
Notice period: 15 days or immediate (mandatory)
