JOB DESCRIPTION -
Wintel Administrator
Citrix/VMWare/Hyper-V Skill
- Good Understanding of virtualization technologies and Citrix XenApp
- Experience on VMware ESX and on VSphere 5.X / 6.X
- Experience in VMotion and VMware virtual center.
- Experience on vCloud management via vCloud Director.
- Knowledge on Hyper V (2008 R2 & 2012) is preferred
- Scheduled vDisk updates and patches.
- Publishing new apps and desktop.
- Creating new vDisk and VDIs
- Troubleshooting of Citrix end users issues and maintaining Citrix server consistency
- Good understanding of HA and DRS environment.
- Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of servers resources between virtual machines.
- Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers.
- Experience in Patching vCenter & ESX /ESXi by using VUM / CLI
- Creating, Managing and troubleshooting of Virtual networks, storage (SAN / NAS, NFS) with command line experience
- Configuration and troubleshooting of vMotion 7, sVmotion, HA, DRS
WINDOWS:
- Handling/ Setting/Configuring Servers.
- Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows 2008 /2012 servers
- Administration and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Clustering
- Implementation, administration of Group Policies.
- Working in 24X7 global environment.
