Technical skills:
Certified Advanced Admin
Proven experience doing projects on Sales Cloud configuration
Proven experience doing projects on Service Cloud configuration
 
Non-Technical skills:
 

1. Strong verbal and written English
2. Pro-active and reliable attitude
3. Experience handling business contacts
4. Team player :The person will Lead system administration capabilities on the Sales force team
5. Work with the developers and the technical architect to create and implement full projects A-Z.
6. Implement enhancements rollout and new features to existing applications. Service cloud contact centre implementation, Service cloud HR implementation, Sales cloud implementation for professional services, various force.com implementations
7. Facilitating change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
8. Maintain interfaces between Salesforce and other applications
9. Test Modifications / Troubleshooting / Sales force Helpdesk
10. Answer functional questions from users
11. Resolve outstanding issues/risks with IT teams and business teams, as needed
12. Offer recommendations for improvements.
