Job Details

We are hiring for Technical Writer with 2+ yrs experience
Location - Pune

JD -

Job Roles will include

Writing online help including product feature overviews, window descriptions, user procedures, and API documentation
Indexing online help topics and user manuals
Writing and editing release notes and installation manuals
Creating troubleshooting topic
Update and Maintain Technical Writers processes
Liaise with Development Team, QA Team, Business Analysts and Product Managers about the content and delivery of releases
Assist with various requests, for example, updating marketing handouts etc


Key Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/computers disciplines, journalism, English literature or similar field
3 to 7 years of experience in technical writing and product documentation
Excellent writing and strong editing skills
Experience with Adobe RoboHelp is mandatory
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Strong skills in Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of software development life cycle or working in Agile methodology
Experience in Investments/Banking domain is an added advantage
Good to have basic knowledge on the software Testing
Ability to learn the Financials Products with minimal directions
Key Skills - Ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.
