Primary Skills
- Network LAN/WAN, Wireless, email, PC, Desktop Deployment- Tier 1 & 2 (Any mobile devices / Laptop/Desktop)
- Excellent communications skills to handle US process.
- Technical call center experience (highly preferred )

Application support like any (Cognos, sharepoint, Global Intranet, AVAYA, Cisco Softphones, any work follow management system (PS/JDE) Active Directory/ McAfee Encryption/ Network Shares/ Virus/Malware.
