Job Title: Help Desk

Job Description
- Provide dedicated site support services including:
- Desktop Support Operations & Administration
- Desktop Services Hardware and Software Break/Fix
- Desk side IMAC Services
- Coordination with OEM & Partners Digital conference rooms and Printer support
- Hands and Feet support for LAN and Telephony devices
- Support repairs, maintenance, installation, configuration of Desktop/Laptop /Workstation & Mobile devices.
- OS deployment and patch updating.
- Ensuring anti-virus and data encryption are update to date in all the devices.
- Troubleshooting and break-fixing software and hardware related issues.
- Identifying the PC hardware\application issues and engaging vendor.
- End to end ownership of tickets including regular updates.
- Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other network managing components.
- Provide set up and support for audio and video conferencing devices.
- Manage end user device inventory.
- Provide support to resolve issues, which cannot be resolved by remote support team. To be a part of Incident Management when required in critical situations.
- Fixing the issues with printers such as paper jam and toner issues.
- VIP support for VIP users only.
- Provide Hand & feet support for L1 activities for server support
- Able to carry out windows admin activities like roll-out of OS images
