Job Details


1. ATG Commerce support lead is responsible for L2/L3 support (incident and problem management) for a Retail Ecommerce client and accountable for working with client team and onshore support team to meet the agreed service levels.
2. As the liaison between the business and support team, ensures the understanding of business problems in order to reach the ultimate technical solution that fixes business issues.
3. Proficient and hands on experience with ATG Commerce Platform, ATG Tools and Java/J2EE technologies.
4. Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to Incident management, Problem Management and handing service requests is needed.
5. Digital Commerce domain knowledge and understanding would be an added advantage.
6. Willing to work in shifts and provide on call support during off business hours.
