  • Satisfactory communication skills to manage stake holders appropriately in all levels (management, vendor, partners, WBA / TCS teams)
  • Manage all high priority incidents and work in conjunction with the Service Desk and appropriate resolver teams to achieve swift resolution, providing regular comms to all stakeholders (mainly Duty Coordinator - delegates as appropriate)
  • Escalation Management - follow agreed escalation guidelines, inform line of business, nominated stakeholders and customers of progress. Lead/facilitate cross-functional incident meetings to achieve resolution
  • Liaise with Service Desk Management and 3rd Parties when needed in relation to escalations, master refs, projects etc.
  • Manage Master References (mainly Duty Coordinator - delegates as appropriate). Lead/facilitate cross-functional incident meetings to achieve resolution. Provide stakeholder comms.
  • Management of the Duty Coordinator Inbox (DC Inbox)
  • Attend Start Of Day meetings, highlighting any master references and incidents of concern
  • Produce the High Priority, and other priority reporting as applicable
  • Provide support during major incidents including impact statements and scribing where required. Work in conjunction with Client on-site team.
