Education : BE/Graduate
Experience : Level: 5+ years of experience in Contact Centre support
Skills:
§ Excellent Communications, oral and written
§ Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, IP sub-netting, VLANs, Ethernet, routing and switching, DHCP, DNS and QoS
§ Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
§ NICE Call Recording

Certifications: CCNA/CCNP (Voice/collaboration)
