Job Title- Service Desk
Location- Kolkata
Duration- Long Term

Job Description-

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, chat, email and tickets
  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for PC related problems
  • Ticket ownership of tickets escalated by all Level 1 technicians, but not limited to all expedited ticket requests
  • Managing and resolving all emails coming and going to ESD Escalations DL
  • Coordinating tickets and issues to other support groups to ensure resolution is provided in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with the client stakeholders and business relations managers for all updates on issues raised by the said group
  • Collating all tickets that are pertaining to high impact issues and raising as escalations following the escalation process in place
  • Coordinating with the incident commander on duty for all escalations raised
